Lösche besser mal diesen meterlangen Nullentext und erneuere ihn mit verständlichen Angaben zu deiner Hardware.

Für was genau willst du Aufrüsten? Für neuere PC Games vielleicht oder schnellere Video Konvertierung und Bearbeitung?

Installiere das kleine Tool HWiNFO64, um dann genau mitzuteilen, welches Mainboard, wieviel Arbeitsspeicher, welche Grafikkarte, Festplatte. Was für ein Netzteil ist eingebaut?
Dein Intel i7 3770K CPU ist schnell genug für alles und langt dicke, sie taktet sich bei bedarf automatisch auf 3,8 GHZ und lässt sich mit einem guten Turmkühler auf 4,5 GHZ übertakten. Über deine restliche Hardware sind wie gesagt präzise Angaben nötig.
