I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with Mafia III. Thank you for alerting us about the issue you are experiencing.

Unfortunately, the AMD Phenom II processor doesn't hit the minimal requirements for Mafia III. So, it is not possible to play the game with this processor. We as 2K Support don't know if there will be an update to solve this issue in the future. We don't have any influence about the development of the game.
